Submitting Photos

Submission Guidlines and Requirements:

• You DO NOT have to live in Canada to submit photos!

• By contributing to 2 Cute 4 U you agree to grant 2 Cute 4 U (emotion entertainment inc.) a royalty-free, non-exclusive and sublicensable permission to publish and otherwise use the material on this website, and in any media (There is potential for an eBook that goes with the site in the future).
That means we can reproduce your image however and wherever we want, but it also means that you can as well. You will still own the copyright to everything you contribute. These rights come into effect upon sending the image.

• We reserve the right not to publish images that are submitted and to edit the comments that accompany the image. The site editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• We reserve the right to crop or modify the images as we see fit.

• Where used by 2 Cute 4 U, we agree to credit your image to you on all website postings (May or may not be credited in other media).

• Do not submit photos displaying copyrighted logos or trademarks, product names, company names, product brands or trademarked and patented designs. (By submitting a photo, you agree that you have not included any of the above and take full responsibility for this).

• Do not submit photos that you do not own the rights to, or that you do not have permission to to. (By submitting a photo, you agree to the above and that emotion entertainment inc. holds no responsibility in the matter).

Now, on to the submissions!!!

• Please provide the highest resolution photo possible in .JPG, .TIFF or RAW Format.

• Please do not submit blurry or out of focus pictures (As they will most likely not be posted anyway).

• Please submit the cutest photos possible!
